Product Specifications:

Coffee Express® is a light viscous, aqueous solution of pure coffee with a specific gravity of 1.2, containing approximately 50% solids, slightly acid, without the potential to generate or support flora at ambient conditions. The product is undamaged by freeze / thaw of transportation at temperatures up to 60 degrees C.

Dispensing profile:

-One ½ gallon BIB of concentrate makes 1292 cups of fresh coffee

-Continuous output with consistent quality

-Dispense by the chamber, pot or cup

Dispensing Equipment:

-There are a variety of Dispensers approved for Coffee Express® products. The units are capable of dispensing from 100 to 3000 cups of fresh hot coffee per hour.
